Picture number 25053 25053 2 E1X. Abbey Wood Depot This car was the only "New" tram built by LT using parts from a Damaged E1. It is a rehabilitated E1 It received a domed roof upper deck and resembles car No. 1 in appearence.
It was scrapped at Penhall Road in November 1952.

The photograph and others on this date were taken on a Tramway and Light Railway Society organised visit to Norwood Depot. On enquiry to the TLRS I can now put some names to the faces. Left to Right they are:
